Massage:
There will be a massage
therapist available for all members and their family to utilize the
service either individually or as an added monthly payment. Whether
it is to lower mom or dads stress level, to prevent injuries, to
assist in rehabilitation of injury, the therapists are available to
work miracles. The schedule is made directly with the therapist days
and evenings, M-Sat.
Tanning:
We have one
tanning
bed for your convenience. There is a lot of idle time while waiting
for your student or in between classes. Before a special event,
competition, or Winter or Spring Break, or before going to a
vacation when your skin is going to be over exposed to the sun. This
is available in individual or package prices, tanning lotions may be
purchased in snack bar. Scheduling a time is helpful but not
necessary. Please see front office.
ROM Machine (coming soon):
The worlds fastest workout.
Get a complete one hour upper or lower body workout within 4
minutes. Pre-Scheduling is necessary. Everyone is allowed 2 free
sessions. Available in individual or package prices. This machine
sells itself, come and try. Why waste hours at the gym when you can
workout in as little as 4 minutes/day? And while waiting for your
student, you can get in shape!
